Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was as a captain and a participant in the 2012 fierce 5 and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In the 2012 Olympics in London she clinched gold medals for floor and team competitions as well as bronze medal for the balance beam. It made her the first American gymnast at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. At the 2016, Olympics she won a gold medal for the team event, which gave her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being among the first Americans to have two consecutive gold medals for the team. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals for the all-around competition as well as floor workouts. She took a break of three years between the two Olympics from competing gymnastics. Gold medal winner American team also took part in twice at World Championships. She began learning gymnastics in the age of 2 and her favorite event is the floor workout. Aly is a member of with the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honor of her late grandma. She is planning to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her leotard line and socks in future. She's currently writing a novel called Fierce that will be released at the end of this year.
