Aleksei Is an American actress, model, and dramatic performer, hailing in New York. Celebrities on TV celebrated their birthdays during August. The year she made her television debut was in 2007. Born in St. Louis, she was moved to New York City at the age of a mere few days. In 1991, she earned an art bachelor's degree from Barnard College. In the same year, she was hired as an intern at An American Place restaurant for a year. Guarnaschelli got her first taste of dining experiences through watching recipes she'd written in the cookbooks of her mother being tested at home. While working for Larry Forgione, she worked in various restaurants, like Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot in New York France Los Angeles. She ultimately became executive chef for Butter. Guarnaschelli made an appearance on the Food Network's Iron Chef America where she competed against Cat Cora in the Farmers Market Battle of 2007. She has since appeared as an Iron Chef America judge as well as in the 2011 season of The Next Iron Chef season four where she was the third runner-up. Also, she lost in the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. She was elevated to sous-chef to Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian following the 4th season of The Next Iron Chef. She joined The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008, where she instructs a small class of students in the best ways to cook classic meals.
